Overview

Janna Eastwood practices in the areas of white collar criminal defense, internal and government investigations, and commercial litigation. Janna has experience representing both individuals and corporations faced with investigation, prosecution and enforcement action by federal and state criminal and regulatory authorities. She has represented individuals charged with committing a federal offense, including mail & wire fraud, bank fraud, embezzlement, and financial structuring from indictment through sentencing and appeal. She has significant experience in government investigations and internal corporate investigations. Janna has also represented businesses and individuals in commercial disputes relating to breach of fiduciary duty, securities claims, unfair trade practice, business torts, real property and related matters in both state and federal courts.

Prior to joining Spears Manning & Martini LLC, Janna was an associate and then counsel at a leading New England law firm where she practiced in the areas of commercial litigation, white collar criminal defense and employment law. Before entering private practice, Janna served as a legal research law clerk at the Connecticut Superior Court.

Janna graduated from Villanova University School of law, magna cum laude, where she served on the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
