Ivan Ladd-Smith Joins Connecticut’s Spears Manning & Martini LLC
We are pleased to announce that Ivan Ladd-Smith has joined our firm as an associate after serving for eight years as law clerk to the Honorable Warren W. Eginton, United States District Judge for the District of Connecticut. As a federal law clerk, Ivan performed extensive research, drafted opinions, and parsed many federal and state laws, gaining a rich understanding of legal procedure. Ivan helped manage civil and criminal cases throughout all phases of district court proceedings. Ivan traveled with Judge Eginton to the Southern District of New York, the Middle District of Florida, and the District of Arizona to assist with trials and to resolve docket backlogs.
